Return Eligibility at BloomShine: Returns for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders at BloomShine are accepted within 07 days from the delivery date. Items should remain unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, reach out to our customer service within the stipulated period. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.

Return Procedure: Our team will assist you throughout the return process, which may involve arranging for pickup or providing instructions for return shipment.
